We are about to take grade 3. We have passed all of our exams with distinctions and are very lucky to have such an encouraging teacher. We practice most days of the week and go to orchestra once a week. We enjoy playing duets together but prefer playing jazzy pieces.

We enjoy playing the piano a lot. The best bit is when we get to play duets. They are really fun. We are told by our teacher and our mum and dad that we are very talented. Also we love playing in the pupils concert and the public concerts at the end of each term.

PUBLIC PERFORMANCES

Queen Elizabeth Court is a residential centre for elderly residents in Aylesford. It is owned by The Royal British Legion..
Every year at Christmas time we are asked to entertain the residents with our music. We sing, act, but mostly play our violins with full accompaniment. Most of the pieces we play are seasonal therefore a majority of the pieces are carols.
