This recipe was given to me by my daughter. Extremely nutritious & makes a perfect breakfast or snack treat. Simply delicious.
1 Slice of lightly buttered toast
0.50 Avocado (mashed)
1 Free Range Egg

In a small bowl mash the avocado with a fork.

In a small pan of boiling water gently crack in the egg & cook for 3 minutes.

Spread the avocado on to the toast & top it with the poached egg.
