Quick & easy meal to make. Delicious served with rice and/or poppadoms.
Place the oil in a small saucepan over a moderately high temperature, & when hot, add the chopped onion.
After 2 minutes, add the diced chicken breast & cook until the chicken shows no sign of pink flesh.
Add the jar of curry sauce & simmer over a low heat for 20 minutes.
Boil half a litre of water in a separate saucepan & add the rice. Continue to boil for 15 minutes & then drain.
