Crispy Cauliflower Bites, dipped in butter and coated with parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Roasted in the oven and served with a dip of your choice.
Preheat oven to 200ºC.
Line a large baking sheet with baking parchment.
Remove all leaves from the cauliflower head. Break up the cauliflower into florets, all roughly the same size.
Melt the butter in a small bowl & add the chopped garlic.
Place the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper & parmesan cheese in a separate bowl.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the butter, & then transfer to the breadcrumbs, making sure it is fully coated.
Place the coated cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet. Roast the cauliflower in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until the coating is golden brown.
