Fresh Fruit Platter - Not so much a recipe - more a piece of art!! Easy to prepare and makes quite a centrepiece.
Cut the melon into 8 segments, remove the seeds and then cut the flesh from the skin. Now cut the melon into slices.
Remove both ends of the pineapple, keeping the flower end to use as decoration if you so wish. Stand the pineapple on one end and remove the skin from top to bottom in one action, turning the knife inwards as you go. Cut the pineapple into two halves lengthways. Lay the pineapple down on the flat surface and make thin cuts across the pineapple to produce slices.
Take the oranges, remove both ends and slice them into round slices Take the Kiwi, remove the skin and cut into segments. Wash the Grapes.
Now it's your turn to be artistic. Lay out the fruit onto a platter and keep refigerated until ready to serve.
