Greek Salad

 1 Little Gem Lettuce
 0.25 Cucumber
 2 Medium Tomatoes
 200 g Feta Cheese
 100 g Pitted Black Olives
 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 0.25 tsp Dried Mint

Remove the root of the lettuce & separate all the leaves - do not chop.

Cut the cucumber (skin on) into large wedges.

Top & tail the tomatoes & cut into wedges.

Cut the Feta Cheese into 1.5cm dice.

T present - lay your leaves on a presentation dish topped with the scattered cucumber, tomatoes, Feta cheese & olives.

Mix the olive oil & mint together & pour over the salad.
