130 g Salmon Fillet
25 g Salted Butter
0.25 tsp Salt
0.25 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
1 tsp Lemon Juice

Preheat oven to 140ºC.

Place the salmon fillet into a small ovenproof dish.

Place the knob of butter onto the fillet. Sprinkle the lemon juice, salt and pepper on top of the fillet.

Cover the dish with foil and cook in the oven for 40 minutes. Serve Immediately with the juices.
