This is finger-licking good and so easy. Preparation can be a bit messy but well worth.
Prepare the chicken in advance.
Take 3 containers. In one put the flour & seasoning, in another put the breadcrumbs mixed with the stuffing mix & finally in another put the egg & milk mixed together.
Take the chicken pieces & individually coat them with the flour, then dip them into the egg mixture, & finally completely coat them with the crumb.
Put the oil in a frying pan & bring to a high temperature. Reduce the heat to half & then add the chicken pieces.
After 5 minutes turn the chicken over to cook the other side to cook for a further 5 minutes.
When golden brown, remove & drain on a sheet of kitchen roll.
