Method

(Please note there is no cooking involved)

Peel the carrots and cut into 5cm batons. Do the same with the Celery.

Take the cucumber and cut into 5cm sections. Take each section, turn on its end and cut through, first one way then the other to produce batons.

Colour coordinate your vegetables, including the cherry tomatoes on a large presentation dish surrounding a dip of your choice, placed in the middle.
