Terms
General Terms
- All orders can be either purchased online or by telephoning our sales office.
- Catering-online makes every effort to deliver by the times requested but cannot be held responsible for late deliveries caused by circumstances beyond their control. Whenever possible, Catering-online will advise customers of any delay.
- Catering-online require the customer to advise them of any parking or unloading difficulties.
- Whilst every effort will be made by Catering-online to maintain that there is no nut content in any food items that we supply, other than those specified, Catering-online would ask that due diligence is taken by the Client responsible for the function, to inform their guests of any such items that do or may contain nuts.
- All food items produced by Catering-online do not contain genetically modified ingredients.
- Catering-online carries Product and Public Liability Insurance.
Buffet Terms
- Minimum Order is for 15 Guests.
- Orders under £50 or outside a radius of 5 miles of Maidstone, may attract a surcharge.
- Payment can be made online at the time of booking using a credit or debit card. Alternatively, you may request an invoice. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the cost of the total order will be required. This deposit confirms the booking.
- Your order can be ameded up to 14 days prior to the rquirement date.
- The balance of your invoice must be paid 7 working days prior to the function date.
- Payment of the balance can be made by cash or cheque only. Cheques should be addressed to Hunters.
- Payment can be made online at the time of booking using a credit or debit card. Alternatively, you may request an invoice. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the cost of the total order will be required. This deposit confirms the booking.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate of 17.5%.
- The cost of your chosen requirements will include disposable serviceware as appropriate. However, some platters, baskets, trays etc. are returnable - a charge will be made for missing items.
- Upgraded serviceware is available based on the advertised tariff. Missing or broken / damaged items will incur a charge at the current replacement rate. Please ask for details.
- All buffet items are subject to availability and Catering-online reserves the right to substitute items where necessary.
Wholesale Terms
- Minimum order is for 15 Items.
- Payment can be made online at the time of booking using a credit or debit card. Alternatively, you may request an invoice which would become payable upon delivery of your order.
- The wholesale delivery service has been exclusively designed for companies and businesses within the Maidstone area. No delivery charges apply.
- The wholesale delivery service is available Monday to Saturday. No delivery service is available on a Sunday.
- The customer is not required to sign a contract. Basic Company details are required for delivery purposes only.
- Orders are placed by the customer based on requirement. A scheduled daily delivery is not a requirement.
- Orders must be placed by 12 Noon for the Breakfast Service or 4pm for buffets, the day prior to requirement.
- All Sandwiches, Rolls & salads are subject to availability and Catering-online reserves the right to substitute items where necessary.
