The following terms are the base of all contracts between
catering-online and the client, for the services and goods
supplied by catering-online.
1.
PRICES
Unless otherwise stated, all our menu prices exclude VAT.
All prices are based on a minimum order of £50.00, otherwise a
£10.00 administration fee will be charged.
2.
ORDERING
Ordering could not be easier.

If you have any questions and would like some advice before
placing an order please do not hesitate to contact us.
When you place an order please let us know if there are any
parking or unloading difficulties.
3.
NUMBERS
We require approximate numbers at the time of booking your
event. Final numbers must be given, where practicable, at least
14 days prior to the function.
4.
SERVICEWARE
The prices quoted include disposable serviceware. (This
does not include disposable plates and napkins)
We will
shortly be serving our food / drink using biodegradable
products, wherever practicable.
When re-usable serviceware is used (e.g. in the case of hot
luncheons) the serviceware must be returned to us. A charge
will be made for missing and/or broken items.
Upgraded serviceware is available based on the advertised
tariff. Missing and/or damaged items will incur a charge at the
current replacement rate. Please ask for details.
5.
DELIVERY
Delivery is free within central Maidstone (ME14, ME15, ME16,
ME17, ME18, ME19, ME20) We can sometimes deliver outside these
postcodes but there may be a small charge. Please call us to
discuss your requirements.
6.
MENU VARIATIONS
At time to time it may be necessary, due to seasonal or supplier
circumstances beyond our control, to vary the menu. Substitutes
will be of equal value and we will endeavour to inform you of
any changes prior to your event.
7.
PAYMENT
Full settlement of the invoice issued is required 10 days in
advance of the event, unless otherwise agreed.
A 20% non-refundable deposit may be required for larger events,
at the discretion of catering-online and in discussion with the
client.
Payment can be made in any of the following ways:
Cheque. (Cheques must be made payable to R.A. Hunter)
BACS / On line (See invoice for bank details)
Cash

CANCELLATIONS
We understand that sometimes there will be a need to cancel an
order. If you need to cancel we require as much notice as
possible, minimum 3 working days, or the full price will be
charged.
9.
DISCLAIMERS
(We have Product and Public Liability Insurance. If you wish to
see our certificate please do not hesitate to ask us.)
Delivery
We make every effort to deliver by the times requested, but
cannot be held responsible for late deliveries caused by
circumstances beyond our control. Wherever possible, we will
advise you of any delay.
Food Safety
We would advise you to ensure that all food is consumed within 2
hours of delivery. Any food consumed after 2 hours or more is
at your discretion and it becomes your responsibility.
We are not responsible for any food served at the event that has
not been supplied by us.
Food Allergies
We would advise you to ensure that your guests are aware that
they are responsible for what they choose to eat with regard to
allergies.
Most products contain traces of nuts.
None of our products, knowingly, contain GM ingredients.
It is your responsibility to advise us of any special dietary
requirements your guests may have. In discussion with the
client, we will endeavour to assist wherever we can.

viruses or anything else which may have a harmful effect on any
technology.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices may not be
removed.

catering-online logo, except as used to provide a link to the
