Peel the carrots & cut into 5cm batons. Do the same with the celery.
Cut the cucumber into 5cm sections. Take each section, turn on its end & cut through. First one way and then the other, to produce batons.
Colour coordinate your vegetables, including the cherry tomatoes on a presentation dish surrounding the dip of your choice.
